Postgraduate in Human Resource and Program Management from Symbiosis University, Pune and PGD in Mass Communication and Journalism from Ranchi University.Received Gold medal by Honourable President of India Late Hon’ Pranav Mukherjee for theacademic excellence.

Notable Achievements

• Administrated and piloted the NikshayMitra Model for PPSA intervention, engaging private healthcare providers and stakeholders in the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP), which received the Best Innovation and Practice Award from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GOI
• Developed tools and frameworks of Gender intervention for Health care providers, Department of women and child development (WCD) and Legal services authority.
• Innovative Braille booklet with Sexual and Reproductive health information for Visual impaired and low vision persons was recognized by Ministry of Health and Family welfare, GOI and Ministry of WCD (Disability inclusion).
• Development of digital application, a tool for Integrated Management of Neonatal and Childhood Illness (IMNCI), which is a standardized, evidence-based, diagnostic support system approach to paediatric care & to reduce childhood mortality. Integration with the ABDM compliances for M1 & M2 stages.
• Administrated the module for Master Trainers pool with quality assurance for the Training of Medical Officers/ GNM/ ANM/CHO on Legal Aid, Legal Advocacy, Legal Education and Medico legal care for survivors/ victims of sexual violence with support of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA), District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and NHM.
