1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
- All donations made to Anupamaarti Foundation via the website or any other platform are final and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or returned, regardless of the mode of payment or donor’s intention.
2. Errors in Donation Amount
- In the rare event of a duplicate transaction or if you believe that an error has occurred during the donation process, please contact us within 7 working days at:

We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, process a refund if the request is valid and justifiable.
3. Transaction Failure
- If the transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, such debits are usually reversed by your bank within 7–10 business days.
- If the amount is not refunded by your bank, kindly contact us with your transaction details and payment proof.
4. Unauthorized / Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe your card or payment method has been used fraudulently to donate to our organization, notify us immediately. We will cooperate with you and the payment gateway (Razorpay) to resolve the matter.
5. Tax Exemption Certificates
If your donation qualifies for tax exemption under Section 80G, the certificate will be sent to you via email. Please make sure your contact and PAN details are entered correctly.
